BUT, when we went to check out, they told us that we had to take it up with Expedia. It was necessary to have an Expedia representative intervene in order to get our room refunded."

"The twin bed room was tiny and mattresses on floor with no bed frame. Stayed w one child who is teenager. The glass enclosure of bathroom was see through. So no privacy. Also could hear the person next room snoring through the wall at night. "
