Place is a dump run by terrible people that are just plain rude.
They should consider a. Ew profession. Never ever again

Poor room. Small double bed. Ants in a 3rd floor bedroom. TV doesn't get half of the domestic channels. Laminate trim coming away. Ok for a very (very) cheap bed to lay in

9.2/10 Wonderful! (2,012 reviews)
For being on the lower end price wise in London this hotel was excellent! Staff was so helpful and very kind at reception and the bar! It’s located perfectly with the Tower of London literally across the street and public transport is right there. Also if you you’re planning on getting Ubers/taxis this was the easiest/quickest stop for them to get to you!
