"The room was clean, modern and spacious. The staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again. The VIP benefit was not discussed when we checked in, I had to ask about it. There were no notes on the system. I was given this benefit but only because I was a previous customer who had stayed at Aoex hotels on numerous occasions. "

"The hotel was excellent, it was really modern and well located. The rooms were very clean and comfortable (we had a courtyard facing room which was also very quiet). Prior to our stay, we couldn’t find any information on the hotel website regarding car parking, so paid £9 to park opposite the hotel for about 5 minutes while we checked in. We then found out that and the hotel has an arrangement with the St James shopping centre car park, and they offer a large is discount for hotel customers. "
