"The room was clean, modern and spacious. The staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again. The VIP benefit was not discussed when we checked in, I had to ask about it. There were no notes on the system. I was given this benefit but only because I was a previous customer who had stayed at Aoex hotels on numerous occasions. "

The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and had excellent local knowledge. The choice and quality of breakfast was exceptional and again, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Prior to our stay, we couldn’t find any information on the hotel website regarding car parking, so paid £9 to park opposite the hotel for about 5 minutes while we checked in. We then found out that and the hotel has an arrangement with the St James shopping centre car park, and they offer a large is discount for hotel customers. "
