The hotel is beautiful! The guest staff were wonderful! The cleaning staff lacked good work & coming when we had asked for towels. Yesterday we asked our trash, glasses, & towels be changed. We even put everything together by the door for them. We were gone for 4hrs. we came back they never came. ...

Hampton Inn Kansas City - Liberty
Clean room, attractive lobby (very nice breakfast and work area seating) and well-located near restaurants and shopping as well as being on a primary east west route with quick access to other routes. Many good (very good) restaurants near by. Friendly, helpful staff!!

Hot tub didn't work shut down by health department. TV didn't work had to switch rooms. Rooms are run down. Staff was fantastic.
