"Good hotel on beachfront in walking distance to market, restaurants and coffee shops. Was disappointed with the number of sunloungers (about 6/8?!) on the beach which is surprising for the size of hotel."

"This was the best experience for us in Nha Trang. The room exceeded our expectations. The bed was a dream to sleep on and we loved the shower! The staff at the hotel was fabulous! Ruby at the front desk took great care of us. Provides a boxed breakfast for us when we had an early checkout. The staff at the restaurant helped us find Spa accommodations. Their names are Tram and Phuong. Saw the ladies the next day and thanked them. Our stay was way too short!! We are looking forward to coming back next year!"

"The Anam is arguably one of THE best hotels we’ve ever stayed in ( and we’ve travelled a lot!) The attention to detail is unrivalled and the staff are absolutely excellent and simply cannot do enough to make your stay more enjoyable. It’s very difficult to name particular members of staff but Min, Nhu, Danny, Hein, Lin, Vin and all the management team were exceptional. We cannot wait to return next year! "The hotel is new, modern, and clean; however, my overall experience was extremely disappointing and, at times, I did not feel safe. First, the room had what appeared to be a sewer or drainage issue, causing a strong and unpleasant smell throughout the room. This created significant discomfort and affected the quality of my stay. Second, because the hotel is located on an island, guests must rely on the hotel’s electric car (Tuktuk) for transportation. Unfortunately, the shuttle line management was chaotic and poorly organized. Many guests repeatedly cut in line, and staff did not step in to manage the situation or enforce order. Guests were often pushing and scrambling to get on the shuttle. On one occasion, another guest sat on part of my leg while trying to force herself into an already full shuttle. I had to ask her to stop and explain that there was no space. The most serious issue was a safety incident while I was waiting in line. A group of three people cut in front of me. I politely explained several times that I had been waiting in line. In response, one of them aggressively hit my hand and pointed me back toward the line in an intimidating manner. Even after moving to another line, that person continued making negative comments and pointing at me. As a result, I felt unsafe, and insecure. For a 5-star hotel, this level of poor crowd management and lack of staff intervention is unacceptable. The hotel failed to provide a safe, organized, and comfortable environment."

"Voted #1 resort in Southeast Asia and #1 in Asia, it is a very big resort with all the amenities and entertainment you can think of. Spacious rooms, staff were nice but didn’t seem overall as friendly as other places like in Hue and Da Nang. It’s a big resort, and they’re held to certain standards, so it almost felt so service-based. Didn’t like that we had to use their taxi service to get out and some of the drivers weren’t too familiar with the area. Grab isn’t allowed here so FYI. Breakfast buffet was average—huge selection but didn’t taste extraordinary. And dining options were super expensive for Vietnam so it makes you want to dine outside. Access to private beach and the golf carts to get around were nice. Enjoyed the quietness and security of the area. Just lots of walking, so be mindful if you’re traveling with any elderly or ones who cannot walk far without needing rest. Located on a “highway” so nothing in walking distance. Motorbike parking lot is a walk from the resort, so lots of waiting and walking to get to one place to the next. Perfect for families with kids who enjoy the pool and fun activities. Not so much for elderly in my opinion. It’s safe and secure and quiet, but gets too crowded and too much walking from one place to the next for elderly parent. Nice big gym with nice views. Didn’t get to experience pickleball, archery, tennis, bball courts. There’s a water theme park available too. Lots of fun activities available but will cost lots extra. "

"My family had a fantastic time here. The hotel is gorgeous, staff is polite, kind and courteous, and the buffet breakfast and dinner are out-of- this-world. I’ve never had Buffett this good in my life. The only negative was that you couldn’t really swim in the crystal clear beach water bc there were jellyfish. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."
