"Staff were kind and helpful. The overall experience was good. The only complaints I have are that the lazy river/pool was not heated as described and was actually quite cold and the rooms were not the cleanest. The common areas of the hotel were clean looking and the important parts of our room such as bed and shower were clean but the room was dirty in general. Less important areas such as doors and walls appeared like they had not been wiped in quite some time. We still had a good experience and would consider it again if going to the same area. "

"Hotel is definitely dated....... Bathroom door stuck and was hard to open/close, tub was rusting out and is getting sharp spot, rest of hotel is worn. Hot tub didnt work, pool was small but still fun.

"The room was nice and comfortable, 4 nights stay with my husband and our 4 year old. We shared a 1 queen bed suite. Enjoyed the amenities available with the mini kitchen. Pool was nice. Although they did not upkeep with pool towels and such. "
