"Staff were professional yet friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Could have used a bit more help but the one lady did all she could to keep up. Pool was clean. We really enjoyed our visit and after three trips in the last year and all in a Hilton, I will always choose it again! "

"My wife and I had the worst experience at this hotel with no price reduction, or free stay. When we arrived at our room we had a GERMAN ROACH inside of the shower on the wall and they were suggesting they can get a staff member remove it. That's a no what if more were in the room. After waiting they found as another room that was the same. Next, the following day I needed ice for wine. The front staff mentioned that each floor has an ice machine. So, I went to floors 4 and 5 either floor ice machines worked. For the price I'll never go here again. I would expect this at a cheaper hotel not at the Embassy. I'll update this review if I can get my money back. "

"We got there past the check in time but it was easy to check in and get in with the digital key. Room was great and very clean. Everything is new. Beds and pillows were very comfy. I would recommend that you get the actual key card from the office though; the digital key is great but not super reliable as you depend on internet connection and sometimes it can be slow. We got a scared at 2 am thinking that we weren’t going to be able to get in. The other thing is that if you are going to use the kitchen, you need to bring your own dish soap, sponge and paper towels. They don’t give you the starter set. Other than the above hotel is great! Would stay there again!"

"This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The facilities are in terrible condition and clearly neglected. We booked three rooms, and every single one had an overwhelming, unbearable cigarette smell. The lack of maintenance is alarming—doors and windows are broken, and even the locks do not work properly, which made us feel completely unsafe during our stay. The entire property appears run-down and poorly managed. I would strongly advise against staying here. This place should not be listed until major repairs and proper maintenance are carried out."

"Hotel was under renovation so the air, & refrigerator in my room stop working. The main outlet in the room didn’t work also there was no microwave in there. The water from the sink was leaking around the faucet. The breakfast was ok, they could add alittle more options. And give out complimentary bags to check in guests."

"The room was disgusting. I took photos to show exactly why I’ve said so. My partner nearly fell down because the toilet seat was broken. The front curtains were barely attached. The window sill was filled with dirt and dead insects. The bed mattress squeaked and we both fell into the middle of the bed. The pillows were little more than pancakes. The baseboard in the bathroom barely covered broken and moldy wallboard. The baseboard was so far away from the wallboard that they used screws to attempt attaching the baseboard to the walls. The table was covered in unidentified white gunk. There was some type of spilled and dried red paint or lacquer on the bare wood floor. One night later, I can still recall the stench. I must take time to acknowledge the extremely nice check-in clerk, Susie. She seemed embarrassed to offer the room to me. My frustration is more with Expedia than with the motel. How dare you offer that establishment as a reasonable place for patrons to stay. Once we checkout on Expedia, we have no choice but to spend the night or just lose the money we spent. Truly, you have no decency. In my 75 years of travel and renting hotel rooms this was utterly the worst venue I have ever seen. I suspect, I will never see this review posted on the Expedia website. Shame on you."
