Hotel and rooms are okay. The staffs were excellent but it is an older hotel. Night life seems to continue in the street in front of the hotel to the very early hours of the morning and is fairly loud.

Clean room, friendly staff, good water pressure. Nice view of the city. Within walking distance to amazing food and shops. Birds around the patio continental breakfast were annoying. Pool is very small, but we didn't even have time to use it. The towels provided by the resort for beach use were so convenient!

The property is ok for 1 night of stay. It is very small. No lobby or driveway to properly park your car and get your things out of the car. Valet parking option only and it’s $45/day. Very inconvenient. QR codes are not working. Our room looks old and AC is broken.

The property was very close to the bus stop, Royal Hawaiian Center, walking distance to International Village and the beach each self. Lots of food places/ options nearby. The staff were very nice and attentive to our needs whether it's new towels or refilling the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel.

We really liked how it was located at the center of Waikiki where we could walk everywhere. The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms are clean and have a balcony if you would like to sit out and get some fresh air as well. Loved our experience at the hotel!
