"Check in with Connor was terrific. He covered all the information in a polite, friendly and professional manner. The only thing that would have been nice if we could have presigned for lei making as we had a party of 6 and only 2 were able to participate. We had asked 2 days in advance if we could register and were told not necessary. "

"We had a great stay at the Hyatt Place. Our room was clean, the view from the balcony had partial ocean views, and was spacious enough to store our luggage. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of rotating items, and the coffee was always piping hot! My only wish is that there was more hanging hooks and rods to dry clothes and towels, and toiletries offered. "

"Very convenient location as well as a shuttle service too & from the Honolulu Airport not to mention a hot breakfast awaiting my arrival!!!! Can’t wait for my next trip as I will be booking at this location again! "
