"i stayed at this resort last year the service was great that i came back this year. the facility is clean the staff friendly and kind. the service is top notch always. to the tour director, the front desk staff to the restaurant service and staff there. i would definitely stay here again all because of the service we recieved . the other reason is that the hotel is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and shops. definitely a great place to stay ."

"The room was gorgeous! Bravo for the elevated and tasteful decor. The exterior does need a little facelift here and there as it is an older hotel, but there is a "classic," old Hawaii charm about it. Bell Attendant was a bit pushy when we did not let him take our bags before check in - asking repeatedly - when guaranteed check in was only 30min out. Other than that, the staff at the Veranda was so nice and cheerful and dinner at Arancino was amazing. This is a great option to stay outside of Waikiki."
