Room met our expectations. Location was great! Construction in front of hotel was noisy. This is more like an Airbnb with keyless and seamless check in and check out. No additional services included. Can’t beat the location. Lots of places to eat close by. 2 blocks from the beach.

I had an amazing stay at the Walk-up. It is beautifully set up and so convenient. It feels like my own apartment. The only downside about the location is the parking situation, but other than that, it was a 12/10 stay.

It was very close to Waikiki Beach and the International Market. Property had no elevator which was difficult for anyone with a disability if assigned to the 2nd or third floor. Location was great. Loved the amenities.

Excellent property. Construction started Saturday morning at 7 am with jack hammers and loud machinery. Hotel renovations happening on both sides. Middle of Waikīkī near International Market Place. Great location. Ally a little sketch with transients urinating and sleeping. Once construction is done on nearby properties…this place will be a steal.

There were homeless men sleeping on the sidewalk within a block of the place. It was also hard to find parking.

The room was recently renovated with contemporary styling. Everything is very much new. It was a very comfortable stay. One minor issue was the room was next to a building construction site, so it maybe a little noisy during the day. The good thing we were not at the property during the day so it was ok.

The property itself was properly maintained, but the area surrounding it was very noisy, with too much traffic, compact, crowded, and with no parking. A lot of our time was spent finding parking and dealing with traffic. It would only encourage you to stay here if none of these might bother you when you go on a trip.

you go in and it feels like an apartment. as if you just moved in. i love how the place had cups , plates, a dry rack, pans, pots , a slow cooker. It also had a coffee maker . i also liked the vacuum and extra pillow they had . it was a very nice and welcoming room.

Anniversary Trip

This is a great place to stay for a young entergetic couple who are not driving. In hindsite as explained by the owner “Walk-Up” means walkup with very little if any parking nearby. We have no photos as we moved out the next day. You are only two easy walkable blocks to the beaches. There are a ton of places to eat nearby and a parking facility a couple of blocks away. The room was fantastic, very clean and welcoming. If we had not been assigned to the 3rd floor we may have stayed.
