"Spent a lovely week, with my wife and two children at the Harfenwirt over the new year. We were given a lovely room in the new part of the hotel, massive kingsize bed and a pull out double for the kids. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortably warm with a great view. The cleaning and waiting staff did a great job, Herbert was nice enough but his brother was a little miserable, only gripes, no tap water available at dinner only small bottled and free wifi a bit hit or miss. "Food was excellent with a good variety over the 7 days we were here. The spa is incredible after a day skiing. The service was hit and miss. Our waiter was great but the night he was off the substitute waitress was terrible. We experienced two eye rolling moments, from the staff!! Once when they brought an incorrect water bottle. The second time on checkout at reception. We had paid €70 to use the spa after checkout (11am) and our airport transfer 2:45pm. They said they had run out for bathrobes for the Spa and asked us to go back to our apartment to get ours however we informed them that our robes in the apartment were on the floor of the bathroom so they were wet. (As reception asked us to do 2 days earlier when I booked the Spa) eyes rolled again. The lady in the lounge bar was excellent and made great cocktails with very friendly service. Despite the occasional service hiccups we’d defiantly come back. "

"The apartment was nice with beautiful view. Kitchen was without toaster no ”fairy” and only one tablet for dishwasher. Lack of space to put down your stuff in bathroom. It was my husbands 70th birthday and I asked if I could order something but they said the hotel will bring something which never happened. A chaningroom in spa area would be nice "
