"Every time we are heading to a concert we stay here. The rooms are nice and clean (for the most part, bathroom could have used a little more attention, but it was fine). Full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Rooms are quiet. The desk staff are AMAZING! Super kind, courteous, made a little small talk and efficient!! Hotel restaurant was good. Parking was a little pricey, but so worth it to be able to walk 3 blocks and not have to worry about driving to and from the concert. "

"I am giving 5 star because the African American lady at the registration office. I think her name was La Price. is very competent. Hotels.com somehow forgot to include my name on the itinerary. The other Gentleman at front could have fixed it, but did not. Instead, he asked me to contact Hotels.com, but this lady understood the underlying issue and was eager to resolve it competently. She even waived the nightly parking fees. Thank you so much "
