We stayed in the old block of the hotel. Unfortunately our air conn wasn’t working probably so sleep was terrible on the first night. Maintenance looked into it in the morning and they couldn’t resolve. We were moved into another room, in the pinnacle towers it was a lot better room was cleaner and a lot quieter, didn’t hear any kids on the 2nd night. Would stay again but on the newer side. Staff were very good.
