the fact that ig was gated and safe, lovely property with fab lounge and conservatory, and there was loads of tea bags and coffee/milk in the room and more in room downstairs...a lovely place to stay if your going to gatwick...would book again no problem.

Just stayed the one night ahead of an early pick up from Gatwick the next morning. The room was lovely & clean and had everything you needed. Pricewise it was perfect. Really easy to get to the airport and as they have free parking on site it was ideal for what I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Wish we had scheduled more time so we could've walked around the beautiful park. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Easy check in and out with a beautiful spacious room.

Comfortable and very practical for Gatwick
Ideally located for Gatwick with an park and fly option. I arrived on the evening of Christmas so there were no staff in evidence, however the keys were left out for me and I was generally kept well informed and give the gate access code. All in all a comfortable and well managed stay, but given it was Christmas, there wasn’t any catering in offer.

Although in a good location for Gatwick access (10 minutes drive to the North Terminal) our room was not clean, pillows cheap and poor service, when we arrived there was no heating, the mobile contact was not interested. It is a low quality hotel. How it gets 8.6 on Expedia I do not know.

An in intriguing property. It was strange to not see anyone, except a couple at checkout, during our whole stay. However, instructions were clear and all went well.

Perfectly adequate
Comfortable room but I did not realise it had no staff or facilities. I was visiting family locally. I guess most people use it as a stopover for Gatwick and for parking. Bit soulless basically. Perfectly adequate but not what I was looking for. This place must be a goldmine for the owners!!!

Seeks to provide an appropriate service in relation to travel from Gatwick Airport and it achieves this. On a good day, the ability to walk through a pleasant landscaped garden would provide respite for international travellers Would have appreciated more clarity about the dining room location and potential use of it to consume own food brought in.

Don't bother if you want EV charging, cash only to driver (also airport car parking) didn't know how much can only pay be card if booked as stated when booking, oh now it's not. Generally unhelpful and rude.

Despite being in a busy area close to Gatwick airport, the property was peaceful with a nice garden. The room was well maintained; good (written) communication with staff. I would stay there again. Very convenient to Gatwick.

The property seems to be well taken care, it was clean, safe and close to the international airport. The two issues we had were: 1. Our room had no working heating (on a 9 degree weather) and when I called service I was told that the heater was on a timer and it should be turning on soon (which it was not, never came on). 2. We did not receive the gate code to the front gate which it was very dark at the time of arrival.
