"The best definition of value I have ever heard is “the difference between you you thought you were getting and what you got” this sadly was a very wide gap. It is not a destination venue but more of some where to dump your belongings and go out. It wouldn’t take much. I was advised when I arrived that it’s gets chilly down stairs… no it is freezing cold. "The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to us. My husband is disabled and a wheelchair user - the only minor thing was the access to the bathroom with a wide doorway was perfect, unfortunately this means a large door swinging into the bathroom making wheelchair movement difficult. Perhaps a sliding door should be installed "
