"Rooms are fair priced, the staff was super helpful and friendly. Property is maintained, there was a little mold on the crawling in the bathroom and out of our 4 night stay they only cleaned our room once the day before we left. Not a fan of the hot tube and pool. Hot tube needed a cleaning and little kids were screaming in the pool area which is also in the rooms. All and all I’d recommend staying there.
4 out of 5 stars. The manager is amazing."
"Well bless your heart, let me tell ya — The Roosevelt Inn is an old, historic beauty, and I’m just gonna say it straight. It ain’t no fancy five-star hotel, but it sure is mighty comfortable and accommodatin’.
Sittin’ right up the road from Keystone, you’re closer to that beautiful Mount Rushmore and just a short drive from all the tourist shops and good eatin’ spots. We had ourselves a real nice stay there and I wouldn’t send a soul away from it. If y’all are headed to the Black Hills, this inn makes for a lovely home base. Highly recommend!"
"Excellent breakfast/brunch options and drinks at the cafe. The location is the best in the Black Hills as it sits just above Custer. We had five families stay at the Inn for the long 4th of July weekend and everyone loved the place. We will be back."
"Our honeymoon stay at Baymont by Wyndham Hot Springs was amazing! The friendly front desk upgraded us to a spacious Jacuzzi suite as wedding gift that was clean and spotless, smelled fresh, and exceeded our expectations. Great breakfast in morning, excellent amenities, and a very comfortable stay.
Highly recommended!!!!
We will be back soon !!!"
