"Great place to stay near Mount Rushmore, the staff is great the breakfast is very good, the room could be cleaner carpet was dirty and ceiling fans were very dusty other than that it was a great stay, we enjoyed our time there."

"The staff was excellent - despite being booked completely full between firefighters and Sturgis motorcyclists, not to mention a computer system on the fritz, the front desk staff were extremely professional and efficient. Breakfast was really yummy, and we absolutely loved the place. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone."

"We stayed at another hotel the past two years, as we have visited the Black Hills. This year we decided to change it up and stay at the Comfort Inn in Custer. This was the absolute best decision we made. The hotel was so very nice! Also very clean and very comfortable ! The free breakfast was great, with lots of choices. The hotel seemed quiet, as the other hotel we stayed at was not so quiet. We will definitely return and stay here again, in the future ! Highly recommended !"

"Great hotel and so close to Mt. Rushmore which we enjoyed visiting the next day. The staff were very helpful. Thanks to Kadian, Kevin for their help with checking us in. Also Julio the morning staff for giving information about the place to visit. Terrible parking space though for a big hotel. Breakfast was nice."

"Excellent and popular restaurant on site. Good basic cabin accommodations with parking and an outdoor pool on site. Property is on a pretty steep slope and fronts onto the highway so it can be a bit noisy. Nice place in a convenient location."

"This is a very clean hotel with a friendly staff and a great shower! Sever al places in walking g distance for dinner. The collated café was great for breakfast, though it is outside seating. Go to the Mammoth Site! We would stay again!"
