"First impressions are important, and they failed. Although the staff was GREAT, there was a horrible smell throughout the hotel. The carpets n the hallways were filthy and nasty.. The garbage out front wasn't emptied the three days I was there. The showers were old, and looked like they weren't cleaned since Reagan was president. Coffee, seriously what hotel doesn't have a coffee maker in the room? I had to go to Walmart and get a Keurig to have some in the morning. No breakfast offered. If you were hungry or thirsty, they do offer a soda machine and snack machine in the lobby. I just wouldn't recommend this place unless you're in a pinch!"

"There were small roaches all around, when we got there our room was not ready.when I complain about the 2 hours late for our new room the lady in charge was very rude in front of other customers. The officer front office was locked all the time we have to stand up and know until someone will show up, this place is ridiculous, I am giving up on Expedia twice already very disappointed, last time was in Kissime/Orlando. Parking was ok, but one of my hubcap was taken, we have to leave a day early due to those conditions, I hope I get a day refund. The kitchen was bare, no even cups to drink water. "
