"They never came to being us clean towels or clean our room. We stayed for 4 nights we needed towels and they never came."

"I was in Florida on a business trip. We switched hotels our last couple of days so that I could relax and hideaway by the pool. But the pool was disgusting and filthy. The rest of the hotel. It was exactly what you expect for the price that you paid. It was decent nice and clean. So if you don't care about sitting by the pool, it's a great place to stay. If you want to swim, not so great"
