"Good place to stay"

"Booked a room ( large king) for three people- 2 adults and a teen grandson who had an early morning flight out, The sofa bed was not set up. The bathroom lacked the amenities I expected at a Hyatt. The lighting was very bright with no dimmer ability. The room was showing it’s age. The housekeeping staff was very efficient in helping to get the bed made up."

"The room was clean. You can tell the hotel is older but it’s being maintained. The room was clean but it’s old furniture as far as the desk and chair. I wish the mirror was in the actual room and not on bathroom door. I also suggest better lighting in the room. It’s very dim. Will refer the hotel to others "

"Very clean rooms, I liked the breakfast they had more than just cereals, very nice staff, loved the guests as well everyone from the staff to the guest was very friendly."

"The pool, kiddie area and hot tub was very excellent. I wish they had a bigger game room. All in all my stay was great and I would use this hotel again. Hotel rooms were very clean and I was able to check in early thankfully. Staff are very welcoming and offered us some delicious cookies. "

"Amazing safe gated resort with lots of amenities and a free shuttle to and from Universal Studios. Only thing is it's a cashless resort would be fine if I lived in the USA, but for someone who doesn’t wasn't very convenient."
