"Wonderful place super close to everything ! "

"Clean room, nice staff and amenities are awesome"

"Janessa was very friendly and accommodating with a quick check in. With that being said I went to the room which I was originally assigned on the 5th floor. The room smelled like urine/someone possibly died it in and the toilet was flushing ever so slowly. I made staff aware and was reassigned another room on the 4th floor which was a 360 for the smell. The lampshade was stained and so was the curtains. Neither one I could care for but it reflects the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel is showing its dated features with the carpets being torn in hallways, trim pieces broken or falling apart, and the bathroom appearing yellowing than the white it possibly was. The next ordeal I had to deal with was parking..mind you this is a “resort” with three hotels on the property with plentiful parking and a $25 fee to accommodate with it. Not staff nor the parking permit indicate only one space per vehicle. Because of previous experience with people parking poorly and striking my vehicle, I parked sideways away from others. Security notified staff of my parking and advised me one parking spot per vehicle which I amended. The following day I parked again one spot with my tail end hanging over another space because it is a larger van. It is believed Security left an ignorant comment on my vehicle about learning how to park. When asked about surveillance cameras, staff told me to ask security and didn’t know it they had cameras..which is bs. Housekeeping has attitude. Not worth the stay."

"We ate dinner once in 2 days our time at parks interrupted time at hotel. Basically we slept took showers and used the bus transportation. Did very little at hotel. The coffee in room isn't worth the trouble. I seen the same trash for 2 days on the 3rd floor walkway to our room. Convenience yes if your close to front. "

"Elevators were small and slow, had to use the stairs from the 10th floor a few times because the wait was over 10 minutes. Property inside was not well maintained. Rooms were nice and staff were helpful. On arrival at 6pm no rooms were available for us even though we booked one and had to wait a while for a room to be cleaned before getting it. "

"Very nice and clean resort. I would definitely stay here again. The shuttle service is great too. "

"Clean room, parking is $25 a night, housekeeping come to clean the bed and take the garbage out every day. "

"Wish staff would’ve helped put up the umbrellas but they said the couldn’t. Overpriced vending machines and convenience store. "
