"I visited this resort during spring break week and had an amazing time. This resort was beautiful and very clean. The hospitality was great, everyone from the reservation desk, guest service desk to housekeeping were all so nice. They were happy to answer any questions that I had. The weather was crappy but staying at Westlake Resort and Spa made up for it. I cannot wait to visit again in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Had trouble getting toilet tissue, took more than 4 phone calls and 5 hours. Also never saw in Expedia’s description that one has to pay 30.00 per night to park at their resort!! Was floored as we were told at check in that is was 30.00 total and when we received our bill it was per night!! Stayed her for over 10 years and never paid a parking fee! Won’t go back. "

"I had high hopes when I recently visited B&B Hotels However my experience was far from enjoyable. We had to pay a security deposit of $100 for a room that had dirty sheets from the previous guest. I went to the front desk to ask for new sheets & was told there was NO cleaning staff available when it was only 3:30PM on a Thursday Not worth the money when Rosen Inn is around the corner with better accommodations."

"Everything was nice and the location was great. It wasn't as luxurious as I thought it would be but it was nice. I would definitely go again and recommend others to go just be aware of the prices of things. Some amenities had an extra price and parking is expensive. "
