I called earlier in the day because I was coming in after midnight and they made sure I was all set for a guaranteed late arrival. Staff was helpful instructing me where to meet shuttle and both shuttle driver and desk staff were pleasant and enjoyable to interact with throughout my stay. Breakfast was wonderful, with very attentive staff. "
