"The suites are perfect"

"Honestly, I was surprised by how nice this hotel was. It was close to Universal Studios and right next to I-drive. The room was clean and modern, the breakfast was filling and delicious. A great place to stay for like 1-2 nights, super affordable and really did catch me by surprise. Not to mention, I am very picky with hotels so this was definitely great! Also, theres a steak house right next to the hotel, which was exceptionally good."

"I loved the character of the place. Very easy to get everywhere on my scooter. Staff was very patient answering ALL of my questions for my first time staying there. And I got a picture with Woody Woodpecker!!! I'll be back for sure."

"We got there early and were given a room. They didn’t give us any of the correct information nor did they explain the drink/ food credit. My son with health issues, had to try to walk around two floors of this hotel to try to find our room, meanwhile we were told to park in the wrong spot across the complex so my husband couldn’t get his inhalers ti him quick enough which caused a major issue. All due to not being given the correct information. Then on of the areas of the doors we were on trying to find our room had an overwhelming smell of rotten fish. Other quests were talking about it as we walked through. They wouldn’t explain the drink voucher to us and my daughter tried to use it but they charged her on our room. It’s very hard to get a hold Of front desk and I was like on hold for 20 minutes trying to get through. We will NEVER stay here again. Management was supposed to call me and have never heard back. We will be disputing charges and will Never stay here again. Ruined our last day and my son should have never had an Asthma attack."
