"I’ve lived in Florida for many years this is the first time I stayed before a flight due to my early 6 am departure time ! Valet was easy, room was great an convenient! Bellman takes you bags to check in and an escalator down to security gave me the convenience of gaining some extra sleep so I’m not exhausted before I even leave ! Highly Recommend and from now on this will just be part of my pre vacation !"

"I always enjoy staying at this property. The staff is friendly, the location is ideal for walking to Universal Studios, and I've never had any issues. I was slightly disappointed that they took out the Starbucks, but this is still a great property. "

"The service was excellent but it seems obvious they operate on a skeletal staff. There is nobody assigned to the little store inside. You have to go to the desk clerk ( who is also the manager.) The bartender is also the food server and busser in the restaurant. There is no concierge nor baggage porters. I realize it is low season, but for a higher end hotel, it really felt sparse. I saw almost no other customers. The room was dirty! I found party remnants in the room ( a party streamer/confetti) and there was tape all over the windows inside. The window itself is filthy. The bed was lumpy. Hardly slept and awoke with a backache. The restaurant food is pretty good actually. They were out of some menu items however. I think overall this was a vibrant, active hotel, maybe 20 years ago. But it seems VERY TIRED now."

"Nice hotel for the money. Very nice staff. Average continental breakfast. Only complaint is they have bad humidityproblem they are trying to correct. The floor was constantly wet. Lots of posability here. Nice pool and small pond with a fountain. Nice play ground are and splash pad for the kids. I would stay again"

"You get what you paid for the room cleanliness was good. First room we checked in the lights flickered and we let the front desk know and they were just so amazing and understanding they didn’t hesitate to switch rooms for us. You feel safe they have security at each entrance but be aware there is a parking fee. But you can’t put price to safety. "
