"While the room and hotel is dated, the bed and pillows felt new and comfy. It was clean and the shuttle to the airport was great "

"The rooms was clean, staff were ok especially the breakfast host. She was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel buffet. The main setback was not receiving room service for the days we were there. We had to ask for clean towels and even had to set the trash bins outside our room door just to have them emptied. I had to “sweep” the floor myself because I just couldn’t take it. I did ask to have the room cleaned but it never happened. Otherwise it was a decent stay. "
