"When you’re just looking for an affordable , clean, quiet room, with comfy beds, that’s easy access to the airport, this is a great place for you! It has everything the light traveler needs to remove all worry about where they’re staying. Parking is easy access from the rooms. The staff is attentive, knows their jobs well, and takes care of everything. I rated it only four stars for “Amenities,” only because it doesn’t offer a ton of “stuff.” For a traveler like me, who doesn’t require much, it has everything I need"

"The property needs updating. A late night check in was terribly slow. The young man at the desk was too busy correcting other employees and taking care of shop issues to be helpful."

"The provided breakfast was a big let down. There were no plates which made eating the delicious waffle difficult to eat. There was no milk for the cereal and the omelettes looked not so good. There was no peanut butter or jame for the toast either."

"Booked this specifically for the airport shuttle. We arrived and couldn’t get through to anyone at the hotel for 45 minutes, then had to wait for him to show up. That made it very stressful. The room was very dark. There were only two lights on either side of the bed, and one sconce on the far corner. No light in the entryway or by the desk. The shower water pressure was super low. The fridge worked well, but was unlabeled and kept wobbling. Coffee was available all night but there were rarely cups. I went out at 3am to get coffee and my key stopped working so I was locked out of my room. Same thing happened the next day. Breakfast was pathetic. First day they had good breakfast sandwiches, but they only put one or two out at a time. There were no napkins and had to ask for coffee cups. They had yogurt, apple juice, milk, oranges, apples, and bananas (no apples or bananas after the first day). The hallway smelled like marijuana. No housekeeping for the 3 days we were there. The second day I asked for towels and never got them. The bed had a broken piece under it so it squeaked terribly when we moved, but it was still fairly comfortable. Air conditioner was wonderful!! We were close to the airport and the planes were very loud, but we were able to sleep fine and it wasn’t too much of a distraction. There was limited dining options. All in all, we dealt with the issues and the room was cheap enough, but I think we would pass on staying here again. "

"This is a new property right off the Beltway not far from IAH. It is easy to find and the front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean for the most part but could have been cleaner with more attention to detail in the kitchen and bathroom. It was nice having a full-sized fridge and that kitchenette was roomier than I expected. The bathroom was roomy enough. The room was modern and the beds were comfortable enough. For the price/rate, this was a great deal,"
