"The best place to stay in humble Texas for the prices they have and how great the property is and managed the staff treats me like I'm family and are always the most helpful that they can be."

"This was a rough one. I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport and the free shuttle. We followed the directions and called the hotel over we picked up our luggage. The wait time advertised was 15-30 minutes. We waited over an hour for the shuttle, and that was after calling three times. I’m confident the front desk clerk never called the shuttle for us. Once arriving at the hotel, our room was so musty smelling and the refrigerator was covered in rust. The shower didn’t drain well at all. I called the front desk, she came up, decided it was draining “fine”, then told me to call back when it really didn’t drain. The following morning we needed a shuttle back to the airport. I asked for the shuttle two hours in advance, then was told there were no shuttles available. Overall, the front desk staff was horribly rude…someone was always on a personal call or not at the front desk at all. The breakfast was terrible. We have stayed at MANY Best Westerns, and this was significantly below their standards."

"The rooms are dated which is OK as long as it doesn’t smells. There is a mini kitchen refrigerator worked fine but it’s rusted on the outside the fan/ ventilation over the stove is nonexistent. You just see wires. The bathroom had a moldy smell. The curtain by the window had mold on it . It was missing a couple of hooks to keep it all the way up and in place There is a smell to the room itself just smelled moldy the arm chair at least should be re-wrapped I never sat in it. I got sick from being there, and I didn’t even spend the whole time there. The gym is ok had no issues there."
