We arrived right after check in time at 3pm and the front desk staff were dealing with multiple guests that were being high maintenance and it seemed that there was only one person that was trying to manage both situations. We waited in line for 20 minutes without any acknowledgment while a chaotic situation unfolded while guests were piled up waiting to get their turn to be helped. To be fair the gentleman was trying to satisfy both guests that were being difficult and the other staff did not seem to know how to help. What appeared to be a manager I assume came up and still no acknowledgment of the guests she just told the other associate that what to do and bailed without helping resolve anything. I’m a very understanding person especially when it’s clear other guests were being a bit unreasonable I feel for the guy but he should have had support with the situation. Really none of my business. Once the drama cleared it took only minutes to check me in and I can be on my own from here. The hotel condition was satisfactory. Room was small but comfortable w cold a/c. We did not spend much time in the room and the time we did everything was good. The young lady that checked us out in the A.M. was very polite and friendly so that kinda made up for the check in drama. Parking is 50$ tip if your a decent human which is absolutely ridiculous but not much other options at any property downtown that I know of. So paid it and moved on. I’d pick another property next time.

The hotel is beautiful, a few things housekeeping missed like mopping the room floor, there was something on the table near the window and the chilled cups had a hair inside the glass. Looks like it was wiped with a cloth and not cleaned. I always bring my own cleaning supplies so I just took care of the minor things myself. Few homeless people lying in corners along the hotels outside. The staff was super nice at the desk over would stay again.

Woke at 3 am to find our room flooded. Bathroom ceiling was pouring down water. No maintenance staff or bell boys on at night to help us move )75 years old plus) we weent to another room which when I went to bathroom was also flooded! Otigied the front desk who the. Sent us to another room. Only to find my husbands CPAP machine would not work unless the light switch was turned on. After moving to the third room. And having the switches che med by a lady on the front desk and it is now 4:30 am. We decided that we would try to sleep with the lights on so my husband could use his machine. Worst hotel experience in all of our travels. We were told that we could not be compensated because we had booked through a third party. EXPEDIA! Wow where does it tell us this? Is Expedia going to do a ythi g about this I would hope Expedia never recommends this hotel again.

Overall, it was a great hotel in all aspects. The only negative is that a monorail train runs past the hotel. It was hard to sleep through the night with the train running through.

The walls were thin, heard every door close and people talking throughout the night. The front desk confirmed my late check out option for 12 and did not confirm it on their end. I had room service checking in on me every 30 mins to make sure I was out, I have never felt so rushed to leave a room in the morning. I was notified upon checking out that the front desk agent who checked me in didn’t confirm the late checkout status. Meanwhile I was the one who had to pay for it with RoomService on my back wondering why I’m not out of the room yet. Not at all impressed with this hiccup Marriot.

We did not get to check in till 10pm, they had a list a mile long of people waiting for the same thing due to only having one cleaning lady. So noisy at night time. Hot water was not anywhere close to being hot, luke warm at best. No parking at the hotel so you had to Valet which was $45 and then had to wait an hour to get our car the next morning. Clearly the hotel is way under staffed. Will never stay here again or recommend to anyone. Worst hotel experience in a very long time

Having to wait for check-in and encountering difficulties with room temperature water is a far cry from the seamless experience we aim to provide. We also acknowledge the noise concern and the time taken for your valet service. Please understand the service delays you mentioned are not reflective of our usual operations. Rooms are spacious and clean. Love the inclusion of a mini fridge and comp bottled water. Restaurant menu items are overpriced and quality of food was lacking (food over-cooked and bun was so dried out to the point it was not edible).

Great property. Everything was clean. Service in bar/restaurant wasn’t the best, but it was the man’s first time ever working in the bar and he was alone. The meatballs were still frozen on the inside and they forgot our rice balls. By the time they brought them out, we had to leave to get to our scheduled show. Otherwise, everything went well.
