Upon check in the room was filthyso I had to re-clean everything I was never asked about pets or told anything about a pet deposit and then after I had been there a week they want to spring a $200 deposit on me out of nowhere When I tried to pay for the next week 100 of its was non refundable rooms are so small

It was dirty even though it was a no-smoking room, it smelled horrible and when I went outside it smelled strongly of marijuana, awful. They didn't come to clean the room even once.

This hotel was in terrible shape from the moment we walked in. Everything looked completely run down — the carpet reeked of mildew, paint was peeling off the walls, and several nearby rooms were padlocked shut, which was very unsettling. Our bed had a visible stain on the comforter, and to top it off, we saw cockroaches crawling on the walls. It was disgusting and unacceptable. We didn’t even stay the night — we checked out immediately and went to another hotel down the road. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else. This place needs a serious deep clean and renovation before anyone should consider staying here.

All the staff were great but the property and surrounding area was absolutely horrible. I was fighting roaches my entire stay. The surrounding area didn’t seem to be to safe.

Roach infested!!

Soon as i unlocked the door & turned on the lights, there was a cluster of tiny baby german roaches on the floor and crawling on the wall. I was flabbergasted! I didnt go past the front door. I had two kids with me and i would not allow them to step foot in that nasty room with their belongings! I immediately went to the front desk with pictures & videos and the manager seemed to not care at all. All he said was that i booked with third party & that i have to take my issues up with them. Reached out to hotels.com customer support, & of course i could not get a reimbursement. Highly DO NOT recommend this hotel at all especially if you are traveling with family ***the pictures i post are all different roaches lol, not the same one.***
