What was unique is that nothing was unique, special or exciting. Very dated and only marginally maintained. Threadbare towels, breakfast spread among the poorest I have seen at this price point. This is not a 3 Star facility as advertised. Lots of other choices in Houston-try another.

Our room was very nice, clean and spacious, equip just enough for the two of us. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Morning breakfast was terrific with waffles, eggs and bacon. We really enjoyed our stay overall. Will definitely come back again.

We have stayed in over 100 hotels all over the US and no where other than here have we encountered a hotel that does not service the room daily. They said they do it every other day. This was not the case for us. We were told that they have a policy that they do not make the bed because they don't want personal belongings coming up missing. ?? We had to go down to the front desk the first 4 nights to get towels and we kept informing we need a clean up of our room, as our old towels were accumulating. But we had to wait until the 4th day to have our trash taken out and towels taken away. I do like that they have hot coffee and water 24/7.

I stayed here for the Houston Rodeo. Everything was good from start to finish. The breakfast was great. The staff was attentive. The property was clean and I felt safe in the area. It was pretty close to a lot of restaurants as well. The stadium was about a 15 minute drive.

The breakfast was pretty standard—nothing special, but it gets the job done. They offered the usual options like oatmeal, fresh fruit (bananas and apples), fruit yogurt, eggs, bagels, and waffles. Unfortunately, the muffins were not great and definitely the low point of the spread. Overall, it’s a typical hotel breakfast—convenient, but not something to get excited about.
