I needed a quick place to stay for one night in Houston. I checked in and the lobby was very damp and smelt gross. I figured it was from the construction being done. The room was freezing cold when we walked in and after letting it warm up a bit, it seems the AC was on to keep the moisture down. The room smelt bad but since it was just one night I felt like we could move past the smell and use room spray. When it came time for bed, the sheets on one of the beds had piles of those little fabric balls. Called for new sheets, no one was available to remake the bed so my daughter and I shared one bed. Pillows were uncomfortable and had a bad smell. The shower had body hair along the tub edge which wouldn’t wash away because it was sealed in with caulking. If it was not for just one night stay, I would have canceled my stay and left to go elsewhere.

Staff is extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lobby was clean and bright and smelled fresh. Pool and fitness center were clean and well stocked with fresh towels. Exceptional getaway stay

I rented two separate rooms and both rooms had a very strong smell of mould. We switched rooms but the smell was kinda weak. The room was dusty I had to go to the store to buy cleaning agents. On our last night we saw a cockroche.

Super clean, spacious rooms equipped with toiletries and all the necessary things you could need. Breakfast was great, lots of options and they are always being repelished by service staff. Hotel is newly renovated and great. Definitely enjoyed my stay here!

It was a good hotel for the price. The area has lots of dining options. Checking in was very confusing and took a long time even though i had reservations.

There is a strong foul odor throughout the hotel making it hard to breathe. The desk attendant said there had been a broken pipe and that’s what is causing the smell.

Meh, would stay again.
The young lady checking in was pretty slow and she was the only one working. There was clearly some work being done so you could see tape and paper on the floor and etc. When we got to our room, the hallway smelled like wet, moldy carpet. The shower temperature did not get hot just warm. I would not stay here again. We ended up just leaving.
