Great property for the price. I was worried when I saw it was a motel, but after arriving and checking in I was very surprised. Definitely stay here if you’re looking for a modern, clean place for a reasonable price.

Place was in the GHETTO. It was ugly. We found roaches in our first room and then had to switch to another. The beds were alright but not very comfortable. Kept making a big metal sound. No tv and no Wi-Fi and that was what we really needed at the time. Not a great place overall.

The area was very dangerous, the room had no working smoke detectors, the room reeked of marajuana. Terrible place. We left same day we checked in and now they are fighting my refund.

I liked the location. However, the cleanliness was very much non existent. There was hair all in the bed. I went to Ross and bought my own sheets. The couch was stained and there were chip bags, crumbs, an d old chewed gum in the pull out couch.

I alwsy stay here when im in houston, however this time the tv didnt work, and they didnt provide me with plastic cups. They usually give you 2 small 8 ounce cups wrapped in plastic, this time = NO cups. And did i mention the tv didnt work . Im so upset right now im debating in my mind if i will ever go back.

They didn’t change the sheets just fixed the both beds hairs all over the both beds stains on sheets ,dirty toilet and bath tub funny moldy smell thick dust top of head boards and the hanging light fixtures ,beer caps on the night stand from previous customers sauce stains on the acs both acs full of dust ,,i had to go to the target a couple blocks down buy cleaning products and disinfectant sprays ..which is a shame because if the room was well maintained I would off gave it a 10/10 nice decoration and room lay out very spacious two tvs a separate living room area just very dirty and if you get the rooms next to the gun range you will hear the shots ,I was in room 125..

I usually give a good review, but this time the room was dirty. The trash from the previous guest was still in there. The tub was dirty. It wasn't a nice experience.

Room was dirty (hair on the floor, bathroom counter, and towels, stains on the sheets), no room service for the entire duration of the stay, faulty smoke detectors constantly chirping (in multiple rooms), the door to my initial room did not latch properly in the frame and pops open if you push on it

The place is a dump. Everything is really cheap. You can see through the towels. No comforter on the bed. One sheet covered with another intended to look like a comforter but is really another sheet with texture.

Fairly sketchy area, there is a reason there are so many security cameras which is the first thing you see when you walk in the lobby. Pool is cemented over. Room looked very clean but the bottom of my feet told a different story.
