Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was friendly, and the gated parking added to the convenience. Although the elevator was out of order initially, it was repaired the next day. One small downside was the limited natural light in the room.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Reside. The apartment was clean, the staff were very helpful, and the coffee bar was a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised that our apartment came with a jacuzzi tub. Great experience! Can't wait to visit again. :)

Great stay and great location. Easy walking distance for everything we neeced to do. The room was great and though we didnt need the kitchen, it would have been nice to use if we had stayed longer. My only complaint was that the water heater was dripping loudly. The bed was very comfortable though.

All Staff were very helpful and friendly. We rented 3 units for the weekend, and all suites were clean, well-stocked and are individually decorated with unique layouts; including washing/dryers, large bathrooms with huge jetted tubs and closets, and full-sized kitchens. The premium Downtown location is a hidden jewel with onsite parking available for super-easy access. The beds were wonderfully comfortable with some of the best linens in the industry! Only one potential drawback: these are loft-like suites, so the beds are NOT in separate rooms with doors (something to consider if you're sharing the suite with other couples/children). We originally booked the largest suite with a King and Queen bed, but were surprised by this upon arrival. However, the staff was very helpful and arranged a transfer to 2 smaller individual King suites close to each other. We had a great time and would definitely book again!!

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Area was very clean, walkable, well-lit, and nearby to parks attractions and restaurants. Parking garage access was well-worth the extra cost. The unit was well lit, spacious, and quiet. There was a small blue light near the bed that I could not reach or cover up so it bothered me at night. But everything else was great and I cant wait to return.

The space was huge which was great. It wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped and there were supplies you would normally assume an apartment style hotel would have (dish soap, more cookware, extra blankets). The staff were extremely helpful and friendly though and it was a great location very central.

The room was very spacious with nice furniture and decor. Check in was okay. The was an error on the room number but was quickly corrected. Location was perferct. All the cabinets were open in the kitchen. The floor was a little dusty. Staff member almost walked in my room when they relianlized the room was occupied they quickly closed the door. Over all it was a good stay. We will come back.

AMAZING

I booked Reside Houston Dwntwn for my boss and myself for a 4 day work trip to Houston. This hotel was beautiful, my boss loved his room and my was equally beautiful. I was hesitant initial to book this place because I didn't see much about it online but I am so glad I did. I took a few photos of my room, definitely will stay again. Also the front desk staff were so kind and recommended a few dinner spots for us. Definitely 10/10
