"The Whitehall was an amazing place to stay. My daughter doesn't live far from the hotel, so it worked out perfectly for us when we needed to meet up. Above all, the staff from the front desk to the restaurant where absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure i had what i needed and was comfortable. Considering I was there the weekend of the snow storm and they were short staffed, I would have definitely understood if they didn't meet the mark, but they did. Great job to everyone!"

"Love the room, very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel had a nice charm to it. It was a 10 minute walk to the convention center. Lots of food in walking distance as well. City view was great! "

"I had an amazing stay at AC Hotel. The property was spotless and truly felt luxury from the moment I arrived. The staff was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to be accommodating. Despite the challenging weather conditions in Houston, they handled everything with grace, patience, and genuine care. You could tell they truly wanted guests to feel comfortable and taken care of. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, upscale experience with exceptional service."
