"We really enjoy the Graduate hotels in general, but there was one minor issue on this stay in Ann Arbor. The thermostat was set at 68 degrees and in "cool" mode, but the temperature in the room was 74 degrees which was too warm."

"Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Parking was readily available outside the hotel. The kitchen is good for an extensed stay and there is a full sized refrigerator. Only problem is that there is no drinking water on site. No water fountain. Only option is to buy water from outside or purchase at the front desk. Tap water is not recommended. "

"I only stayed one night. I did not have use for the amenities."

"I loved the staff. They were wonderful. However, the bed was like a brick and I didnt sleep all night. Need softer beds. and there were no towel racks in the bathroom by the shower or the sink for the large bath towels. "

"Breakfast was great , almire (the breakfast lady) was friendly and kept everything stocked and hot. Everything was great. Hot tub and pool was clean. Rooms were clean beds was comfortable. Only thing was a disturbance between a man and a woman got loud. Constant running down the halls by someone upstairs."
