The service was excellent. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-designed, and the shower was particularly impressive. My wife especially enjoyed the onsen facilities. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, offering a wide selection of both Western and Eastern dishes. My only complaint is the gym, which lacked any resistance training equipment. Even a basic set of dumbbells up to 20–30 kg or a few kettlebells would be a significant improvement.

This is a beautiful hotel in a central area. We loved the style, in Classical Japanese wood, with a little zen garden in between skyscrapers. It was a tranquil oasis to come back after a busy day exploring Tokyo. The hotel also had a relax area with massage chair (sooo good) and a convenience area with washer/dryer, microwave and drinks for purchase. We had a comfort twin room where they add a third bed for our party of 3, so in the end the room was tight with no much space. However, the hotel facility is Location is apart from the busiest neighborhoods so in the evening a bit quiet, but central enough to reach all touristy area with a few trains stops (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Tokyo station etc)
