This can’t be the best hotel in town
Typical of arrival at Myanmar hotels, we were greeted with a welcoming glass of juice. A bit later we went to the restaurant for lunch, and I watched one of the many workers come in and drink straight out of the juice pitcher (thru a straw, but....). Breakfast had a chafing dish full of cold fried eggs. A toaster that only warmed the bread. Hotel had lots of staff but they mostly sat around and goofed off. Room was okay with two resident geckos. Hot water for shower required
a request. The room had coffee cups and Nescafé but no way to boil water. Front desk people were helpful in arranging a taxi, but English was pretty sketchy.
Decent location, helpful staff. Night street market was not far for food. The coffee shop was not open by 8am on Friday which was a bummer. Lots of loose tiles and partially working plumbing fixtures. It could use better upkeep.
We rented bikes and went around town to meet friends.
The bathtub is great and the dtafff were very helpful! The breakfast was okay. Not great. Location good
The staff are extremely helpful. They have good mountain bikes for rent so You can go out of the city and see the countryside. Bathtubs in every room! And, enough hot water to fill them! The WiFi is slow and the breakfast just ok.
Great hotel. Excellent location, fabulous room. Breakfasts were also very good with a wide variety of food. Had dinner there one night and this was good also. Rooms were clean and comfortable bed. A really good stay

Elevator walls need cleaning
Upon check-out the guy behind the counter asked me to pay for the room. I told him that I already online by credit card. He was not convinced until a lady behind him confirmed my online credit card payment.
The walls of the elevator could well do with some cleaning.
We spent 5 nights in this hotel (far too many for Hpa-An) with hotel's helping attitude and nice restaurant it was a pleasant "back to normal".

Hotel on edge of town
Good comfy bed. Room small. Ants in the bed on the second night. Hotel staff want to sell their trips and use their hotel car only. They do not answer questions well. The charges for a taxi were the highest we had experienced in Burma.

Extremely friendly/kind staff & cleanest room
Hotel room was so clean (can be the cleanest in town)and I found it very comfortable.
Hotel staff are very kind and always tried to help me and arranged special things.
Minus was that Wifi was out of order. I had to use my SIM all day. Plus breakfast was only decent.
