"This was a surprise to me. While marketed as a hostel, they provided impeccable service. The staff were helpful and friendly; and the location is superb. It is directly opposite the Hualien Train Station (you can see the green building from the station, and vice-versa). Saves you the trouble of finding a taxi or alternative transport (which is helpful as it is difficult to get an Uber ride in Hualien). "重點離火車站很近 下雨天走過去蠻快的 而且蠻貼心的會優先提供下舖(六人房)， 而且洗浴的地方很大間(是跟其他住宿不同的地方)而且沒有在房間裡面，就不會聽到其他人洗澡的聲音。而且一樓的大廳很大，座位也很舒適。唯獨只是外面汽車交通比較大聲，如果容易被外面汽車聲音驚醒的(記得要關個窗戶)。"

The staff were welcoming, the reception area is really cute with shop selling local indigenous made products, free tea, coffee, snacks and ice cream. They also have bikes for rent.
