This is my 2nd times staying in Hoya Hualien. The hotel is clean and the family room is good size for family of 3. The only downsize is the breakfast, not much variety. The breakfast still no change when i last stayed in 2018. Should have improve your breakfast. Hotel staff was helpful and polite. Overall pleasant staying.

Well worth it's value
Quality of service. Shuttle bus ferrying passengers between train stations. Rent bicycle for free. Comfortable room.

The receptionist was very helpful and very friendly. Except the faucet in the room leaked a bit, we were very happy about the room condition. We suggest that the perhaps the hotel should have more TV channels including at least CNN and HBO for western customers.

This is a newly built hotel and the management reflects that inexperience. The hotel has approximately 80 rooms but only 10 on-site parking spaces, all other parking is curb parking around the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel was built directly across the intersection from a large jail currently under construction.

Nice Hotel with friendly staff. Our room (Standard double) was pretty small but OK. Walls a bit thin but we had quiet neighbours so that worked fine as well.

浴廁分開在大門入口，但房型空間動線設計較擁擠。
清潔度可，環境佳。服務人員態度好。遺失的東西有找到，還幫忙預留櫃台。非常親切!

乾淨舒適
環境佳，房間乾淨，衛浴設備與廁所分開。櫃檯人親切，新進員工可多訓練。早餐若無法使用可以提前聯絡改外帶餐盒，但電話員工可能新進並不知道，後來抵達才知已經來不及預定。

早餐內容乏善可陳, 不堪四星級水準. 櫃台接待程序需改善, 效率不彰. 晨喚服務沒有依約定進行, 令人失望. 房間設施略微老舊, 清潔度有待加強. 床鋪舒適性不佳, 被單甚至有大片汙漬清潔度很差.
