Location is just nice, a lots of restaurant in the surrounding area. The downside would be there is no elevator in the property and it would be difficult to carry big luggage to the upper floor. There is no bath towel provided, only hand towel.

1. The room is spacious and sparkling clean (the cleanest homestay ever). 2. Most of the basic amenties are provided (including drinking water!!). 3. Host is very friendly and helpful. 4. Many good local food store nearby, located just within walking distance. Definitely will go back if we visit Hualien again! Recommended!!!

物超所值，價格公道CP值高
老闆人超好，我們很晚才到還等我們check-in. 真是不好意思，附近超方便要什麼有什麼，樓下就是自助洗衣，整體很安靜，環境也超乾淨，下次去還會在首選這裡👍讚

接待的老闆與老闆娘親切，細心介紹附近的美食以及說明哪裡方便停車，這對開車的家庭來說真的是很大的幫忙!! 位置也很接近鬧區與著名花蓮美食老店，很方便!

整體房間很滿意，房間內部發現有放香氛軟膏所以進門的時候房間味道很好問不會有潮濕味會是空房很久的味道，服務人員人也很好很有趣，雖然熱水器的熱水有點不穩定，但整體來說很滿意

有幾項優點也有幾項缺點
我們帶小baby東西多，被分到五F，爬樓很辛苦，好像有跳蚤，被咬的很慘，優點是地點很好，買吃的，shopping很方便

您好~ 首先 民宿開放的客房只有到4F 5F是倉庫~不可能給客人住! 您應該是記錯民宿了 客房都會定期消毒 被子 保潔墊都有定期清洗 也都會跟客人說 有任何問題 隨時跟我說 目前為止都沒有接收過類似的問題 花蓮小黑蚊很多~防蚊工作不能少!!

已經更改名字為玩夏 一開始找不到覺得很著急 因爲下雨天還帶小孩 應該要趕快更改或主動通知訂房客人 但房間很大 位置也很好 所以整體住宿還是不錯

最喜歡這間民訴的棉被，覺得好軟好舒服，非常想要帶回家 區位也很方便，走出去便是熱鬧的街了 但不喜歡燈的開關有點奇怪、看電視的地方也略擠、廁所有臭味，整體洗澡水偏涼。
