"La categoría que reservé no existe en el inventario de la propiedad, según lo que me dijeron por teléfono. Cuando llegamos, solo estaba el guardia y nunca han tenido una villa familiar. No sé si fue culpa del hotel o de la plataforma, pero no pude quedarme. Tuve que buscar otro hotel y, según ellos, ya no trabajan con Expedia, así que no entiendo por qué siguen en la plataforma. Reporté la situación por chat virtual y todavía no tengo respuesta."

"From the moment we checked in, we felt welcome and in a relaxing space. The owners of this boutique hotel have put much effort into making it a special place that exudes calm and kindness. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and quiet at night (the walls are thick, so one doesn't hear the neighbors). The interor garden with a pool is a lovely refuge. The hotel is close to many good restaurants and just a short walk to the lovely water of the lagoon. We highly recommend...
