Incredibly beautiful property. The spa experience was one of the best I've had in a very long time. Rooms were very comfy and spacious. The TVs are not smart TVs by default, but when I called they provided me a Chromecast with no issues. At times service was a little bit slow and the lunch menu was very limited. Overall, very positive experience
The staff was great! Very helpful and was on top of anything you required. They where also amazing at helping secure any transportation needs for any travelers that may want to explore the areas around.
We got a room in the old 16th century hacienda, and it was magnificent with tall ceilings and even a fresco. Everything was true luxury and beautiful. Perfect place to adapt to the altitude and recover from jetlag. A pleasant surprise was the restaurant with a comprehensive selection of Peruvian and international dishes. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and went to the restaurant all 3 evenings - everything was very delicious. We also got very nice couples massage at the spa. Special thanks to the restaurant waiter Joseph and spa therapists Cristina and Yodelina.

Yes, the room was clean and staff were very nice. I liked the situation of the hotel with the Andean mountains surrounding it. I had a porch on the ground floor and a peacock and his partner came to visit me. I liked that very much.
This place is amazing. Incredible spa. Great food. Fantastic staff. I highly recommend it!

The staff was mostly amazing. They were very accommodating with my early checking and always offering assistance. There was a snafu with someone being checked into my room after I had already checked in — which was disturbing to say the least. However the staff was quick to offer apologies and make up for the oversight. There were a LOT of gnats and mosquitos in my room so that was pretty frustrating especially at night when trying to sleep. But my only real complaint was the spa service. I was very much looking forward to a relaxing and rejuvenating spa experience. I booked a 2 hour experience that included thermals, scrub and massage. However there was no assurance once I changed out of my clothes and much of my time was wasted trying to hunt down someone to provide instruction. I was supposed to get 1 hr in the thermals and pools but 20 min in 3 different people came to tell me it was time to go to my massage. I had to keep insisting that I hadn’t had my hour yet and that was more of my time wasted trying to get them to understand that my appointment started at 6:30 so I couldn’t be be booked for a 7p massage. The receptionist then told me that my appointment was for only 1 hr20min but said I got 1 hr in the thermals (which I still hadn’t had yet) and 30 min for my massage (which doesn’t even add to 1hr20). She did later concede my appointment was 2 hrs but that I had to get out of that area at 7:30 but when I got out at 7:30 I waited til 7:40 to be taken for my scrub.
Everything was perfect! Staff was really nice, specially Lucia who asked everyday if we needed something and was ready to recommend activities. The room was so complete and clean. The maintenance was really good. The best part of all was the spa which made our experience perfect.
Our stay was a dream come true. The hotel facilities feel like staying in a museum, full of history and beauty. The staff went above and beyond, Lucia the concierge made sure we were taken care of, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The servers at breakfast and dinner were so kind and offer us off menu items and never stopped asking if we needed anything else. The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy beautiful landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere. The spa is amazing!! Totally recommended any of the treatments! Overall if I can give 10 stars I would!
Great getaway in Urubamba, Peru. Great place if you want to explore Moray, Maras, Chinchero ruins or plan a trip to Ollantaytambo. Be advised that it's about 2 hours from Cusco. Great staff, decor, amenities and hospitality. Gianalberto and Yordan in the restaurant area take special care of any requests that you might have. The spa is quite unique as well.
Had a wonderful experience here. I was able to spend time at the spa and enjoyed an Andean Massage with Jessica. She was calming and the message technique was very good. Had a lovely chapel on site, available to offer up a prayer.
Julio at the front desk took excellent care of us and staff went over and above. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. Made for an amazing relaxing visit. Thank you... Gracious!
Definitely 5 stars all the way.
Overall, we had a good stay, but there were a few disappointing aspects.
The swimming pool was the main issue. There are two pool areas, but one was not really usable because the water was too cold for the season. The staff suggested using the smaller pool instead, but it was extremely small. In my opinion, it would be much better if they converted it into a hot tub or jacuzzi, which would make the experience much more enjoyable.
We also booked a facial treatment, and unfortunately it was one of the worst spa experiences we have had. The treatment was very rough and did not even include proper moisturizing. I complained about it, and fortunately they did not charge me. However, we still had to pay for my husband’s treatment, and he was not satisfied either.
Considering the quality of the spa services, I feel the prices are too high. It even made me question whether the spa staff have the proper qualifications or licensing.
That said, aside from these issues, everything else was very good. The restaurant was excellent, and the room quality was also very good.
Beautiful and serene place to rest and retreat in Sacred Valley . Services are great . Very authentic colonial Spanish architectural designs and preservation of the old church , have their own museum with collections of old artifacts. They arrange private car transport to pick me up from Ollantaytambo town and to drive me back to Cusco .
We loved staying here at the end our journey through the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. It was a wonderful way to recover and rest after a strenuous trip. The food, staff, rooms and overall property are excellent. The one issue we had was with transportation to the hotel. It was complicated to find transportation to take all of us and our luggage. But once we were there we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A charming property in an idyllic location. Spa and restaurant teams very hospitable and welcoming. Concierge very friendly. Pool was cold, hot tub barely warm- these facilities could be improved since the location isn't really close to anything so you want to be able to enjoy the property. Our first room was great. Unfortunately, the 2nd morning there was a leak in the roof. The moved us into a significantly upgraded room, which was nice, except that night we discovered bugs were somehow getting in and the room was swarming with little gnats and a big hornet. When we asked to move again, the experience/service wasn't great- excuses were made, they tried to talk us into waiting while the room was cleaned, even after we showed them pics of every surface swarming with 100's of bugs. It was a great inconvenience, kind of ruined our last night when we were exhausted after a full day tour. I was disappointed the last day wasn't comped or at least substantially discounted since it really wasn't a great last night. The first 2 nights were ok though, room was as advertised.
