"My husband and I didn’t even stay there long enough, but the moment we stepped into our room it smelled like mold. We asked the front desk lady to move us to another room and she asked why and we told her it smelled like mold. She hesitated to move us to another room. Maybe about 5 minutes later she said okay and moved us to another room upstairs. Once we were trying to get settled in the room we noticed a few mosquitoes and we were like that’s okay we can kill them. But mosquitoes kept coming...

"The first impression that I have when checking in is the cleanliness. Bedsheet is filled with hairs from previous guests, and room has ants. At night time, crickets make noise the whole time inside the room. The plus side is that the staffs are nice Overall, this property is decent for short nights stay and needs a lot of improvements."

"Lots happening in surrounding streets but also music loud late into the night that may bother some. Room was clean enough but nothing flash, bed was very comfortable"

"Nice staff, clean and hot showers worked. Cheap and cheerful. Bunks a little unsafe for children with open ends IE no barriers around mattress. Close to GO!, shopping centre and fruit veg fish market down the street. Only drawback is guests aren't allowed to use the kitchen to prepare the fresh food that is readily available. So fruit breakfast was my staple. I brought tea bags and coffee so at least I made my own hot beverage. Drinking Water is not provided and can be purchased "

"The building is a bit old, and there was a water leak from the pipe under the sink, but when we reported it, the staff responded immediately and fixed it.
The location is very convenient—within walking distance of the lively parts of town, yet quiet and peaceful.
All of the staff were extremely friendly and kind. They also helped arrange a tour for us, even though we asked quite late in the evening, and they managed to organize it the same day.
The evening before the final morning, we told them that we would be leaving earlier than the breakfast hours. When we checked out, they kindly prepared breakfast packs for each of us, including salad, a boiled egg, sausage, bread, butter, jam, a pastry, a banana, and a bottle of water.
We are truly grateful for their kindness and hospitality. Thank you very much."
"Van Duc made our trip exceptional!!!
He booked all our activities, was friendly knowledgeable and gave great recommendation's for places to eat and things to do/see.
We have been to Vietnam 4 times now and he is by far the best help in a hotel/resort we have ever had "
"We had an excellent 2 night stay at the Magnolia Boutique Hotel. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the lobby was beautiful. There are some restaurants around the hotel so we found our room a bit noisy at night, but nothing a pair of ear plugs couldn’t solve."
"Here is my honest opinion about Ancient Hue Garden House. It is immaculate. The staff are incredibly welcoming, the grounds are beautiful, the free foot massage was amazing. I have only one complaint. If you are fine with waiting, you will be waiting awhile, as the staff lack the ability to communicate efficiently with each other and they are a shade slow. From ordering a drink, to ordering an extra towel, you will be waiting awhile. If you are fine with the slow and tranquil pace this place offers, you will love it. For me, a tad too slow to meet my every need, and trust me, they will meet your every need. It's beautiful, and cannot be beat for kindness, beauty and genuine care for their guests. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, just to understand that things move at a slightly slower pace. It doesn't detract from the place itself and if anything, works to slow you down, take things at a more reasonable speed and to help you learn to enjoy the moment. I wish I had booked a longer stay.
