The pool was dirty so we didn't dare to swim in it. Our room had a strong cigarette smell do we complained and they agreed to move us to a different room. The new room was bigger and had no cigarette smell but wasn't very clean (used condoms in the nightstand drawers). The breakfast was great which was a nice surprise given the condition of the hotel.

Hotel room totally look different from expedia posted photos. Room looks old and rundown and very uncomfortable bed. Small swimming pool at the rooftop. Not all staff speaks english. Only good thing is location and the buffet breakfast is more variety.

Two nights in Hue
This hotel had an excellent location, easy to walk to the Imperial City, the riverfront and all of the bars, restaurants and shops in the area. The photos of the hotel are amazing, so it can feel like you may have arrived at the wrong hotel when you arrive. They are working on renovating the place and we were put in a room that was renovated but it looked nothing like what was pictured on Hotels.com. It worked for us for the short time we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and eager to assist. The beds were very hard and the WiFi was very spotty in the rooms (we were on the end and the router for the whole floor was positioned on the middle of the hall). Although the hotel had a lift (elevator) there is a tall flight of stairs to reach the hotel lobby on the second floor (the first four is a separate BBQ restaurant). For the price, it was a fine stay.

It is a 3 stars... expect bugs ... I had a centipede crawling on my bed. Other than that the staffs are very friendly, almost too friendly

Quite a nice stay
부티크 호텔인만큼 객실 내 소품도 예쁘고 스탭들은 친절했으며 위치도 너무나 좋았습니다. 여행자 거리와 후에 성 중간에 위치해서 어디든 쉽게 걸어다닐 수 있었습니다. 매우 깨끗했으나 화장실의 욕조나 세면대는 낡고 보수가 필요해 보였습니다. 조식도 부페식이고 열심히 준비해주었으나 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 일찍 식당에 가면 좋으나 늦게 가면 신선도에서 차이가 많이 났네요. 그러나 스탭들이 노력하는 모습이 좋았고 문제를 얘기하면 바로 바로 챙겨봐 주었습니다. 충분히 만족했습니다. spacious room. pretty boutique hotel. well-located. near to everywhere. friendly and hard-working staffs. bathroom needs some repair. generally satisfied.

Otroligt vänlig & serviceinriktad personal, fick bland annat mycket hjälp med olika bokningar! Bra läge. Rummen (vi prövade två olika) var rymliga, funktionella & enkelt utrustade. Det kändes dock som om de inte var riktigt klara & behöver jobba lite på detaljerna. Stor frukostbuffé.

舒適簡樸員工窩心
酒店的早餐雖然選擇不太多， 但是美味，尤其是越南湯粉， 一定要點。 員工親切有禮，每次經過也對你微笑和及問候， 很溫暖窩心。 酒店是剛剛翻新， 裝修簡樸， 房間面積挺大的。 往Big C大概走15分鐘。 附近有很多酒吧食店， 要吃宵夜無問題。
