"The staff was very helpful and kind. Included breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is historic and shows its age in some ways, but is clean and pleasant and charming. The massage I had at the spa was a delight and very reasonably priced the pool area is very pleasant and has room for choice between sunny and shaded areas. The garden view was pleasant but I'm sure it was better before Hue Times Square was built. Very convenient location, easy enough to walk if you arrive by train. The Perfume River is mere meters away. Truly one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at."

"Excellent hotel, great location, walkable to many places and attractions. Lots of places to dine and shop. Hotel is clean and well decorated. Room is big with a bathroom that is well sized, came with a stand alone shower and a bathtub. Good bathroom amenities. Staff are friendly, smiling and greeted us everytine we crossed paths. Buffet breakfast had a varied menu with local, asian and western options along with a wide variety of drink options. Very happy with this hotel and well worth the 4 star rating, i would stay there again just make sure you book thanh lich boutique hotel as there's another hotel called thanh lich that is in a different location."

"Have received a particularly special service at this hotel. I enjoyed my night booked here, so decided to book another 2 nights. This morning, the phone in my room rang and I was offered a room upgrade, for free. I had a look, a nicer room but decided to stay where I was, which I understand now, was an upgrade itself! A maid just (12pm) brought round a plate of fruit, just when I was thinking about going to get something to eat. I might have to stay another couple of nights!!"
