We only had breakfast this stay and it was delicious. The staff goes above and beyond to assist and are all knowledgeable and friendly. We will stay here every time we visit."

"Cleanliness, staff, breakfast, room, and decor were all excellent. I just had a not-so-good experience with the AC. The room temperature kept going from cold to somewhat warm during the entire night, regardless of the temperature setting. It seemed like the thermostat wasn't doing a good job sensing the room temperature. Besides that, everything was great."

"Beautiful place. HOWEVER- The cool cavern pool is part of the Spa. You have to book that in advance. That is a bit of a bait and switch as they make it seem like it is the standard pool you can just go to, which is definitely s NOT."

"My husband and I just stayed at the Aloft in Asheville last week and absolutely loved everything about it! We travel quite often & this was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed. The rooms were super nice, bed comfortable, bathroom great. The staff was super friendly, check in and out were smooth. The location was awesome and super central to all these downtown happenings. We walked next door to their sister hotel and had dinner watching the most amazing sunset on the rooftop restaurant. 5/5 stars!!"
