"The area around the hotel felt safe. We were headed to a family memorial service so it was a rather somber occasion for us. The staff was friendly. The room was very nice and clean. The only very small complaints I have is that the sink stopper did not work and one of the electric window shades did not work. "

"Hotel was nice, clean and a good location. The staff was excellent. Was greeted by Maddy and Patti the manager with a big smile and welcome. Was pleasantly surprised to hear they have a free social hour from 5:00-7:00 with wine, beer and snacks. The room was comfortable with all the usual amenities including a safe, which is always appreciated. The breakfast was the usual offerings. I can’t say enough about the staff who were all smiling, friendly and helpful. "

"The stairwells stank and have obvious dirt in the carpet. The entire facility had a strong odor of deodorizer evidently due to lack of deep cleaning and regular maintenance. The pool was closed and yet still advertised as an amenity when I booked the room. When I responded to the email about the closure I received no reply. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was fresh, even though obviously made from the cheapest ingredients possible. "
