My husband and I traveled from Chicago and stayed at this hotel for 8 nights while touring Harbin. We had a wonderful stay experience - very friendly staff, excellent amendities, and super convenient location. All for a very friendly price :) We hope to come back here some day!

The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin
views were spectacular. Tallest building in Harbin with view of Ice and Snow Park, and Sun Island. Concierge had a long down top coat that he loaned me. All the staff was attntive and anxious to help.
