"The Hideaway was in a great location away from the rest of the island. They did a great job with the landscaping and the farm was well kept. Our two bedroom cottage was great - clean and quiet. We highly recommend this place if you want to be away from the busyness of the island. "
"Enjoyed a relaxing 3-day family staycation in this wonderful rental. The 1-BR unit is modern and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Located within a gated community and a residential property, it was a “home away from home” experience that no hotel stay can duplicate. Great dining, beach and shopping options within a short driving distance, and a popular restaurant just within walking distance. My family will definitely return. Thank you! "
"I loved the historic nature of the building. It had an interesting layout, but it was very spacious and clean, and had a wonderful location for walking around downtown and seeing the sights."
"I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making me feel right at home. Hotel was great, clean and the bed was comfy. Will stay again soon. "

"I loved staying at emerald beach resort, it is further away from most main tourist attractions and some taxi drivers may not take you too far, but would recommend renting a car if you're staying at this resort. Other than that, love the hotel, the rooms were great, employees are a little rude but don't let it bother you much.
Will come back to this resort next year!"
"Had a very good stay at the property for the 4 days we were there. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The bar was not overly packed when there was live music. Very great views both day & night-time. Only negative is the food at the restaurant needs to be improved. We only eat there the 1st night but that was the only time since we didn't want to try a 2nd time. We went off the property to have dinner and grabbed takeout."
"Libby and the staff were beyond kind, caring, and giving. I was stuck on the island due to the hurricane and needed a place for my son and me to stay. With hundreds of others in the same situation, I randomly chose this hotel—and I feel so blessed that I did. From the moment we arrived, I felt truly cared for and understood, especially during such an anxious and uncertain time. What could have been a terrible experience was turned into a calm and reassuring one, thanks to their compassion. I only wish I had stayed here for my entire trip. I can never thank them enough."
